WellSpring accepts cancellations for all programs without cancellation fees, except for retreats.

Because retreats are very popular and often have a waiting list, we have needed to implement a cancellation policy to ensure that no-one is disadvantaged by potential retreatants cancelling with minimal notice.

For all retreats, a $50 deposit needs to be made to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable within 4 weeks prior to an event.

Full payment needs to be made 4 weeks prior to the retreat to ensure your place.
