How do I become a Spiritual Companion (Director)?
You have come to a good place if you want to embark on the journey inward and discover the art of spiritual companioning.
WellSpring offers a comprehensive training program for those who wish to become Spiritual Companions.

Program
Three core years:

intensives Thursday 14th - Saturday 16th March; Thursday 18th to Saturday 20th July and Friday 25th to Saturday 26th October;

20 on line weekly of group work including peer group supervision and 1:1 supervision, starting Monday 18th March with breaks in line with semester breaks;

practice seeing people for spiritual companioning; and
-
write reflections, journals, book reviews, verbatim reports and in third year do a major research project on a topic you are passionate about.
Fourth graduate year:

8 sessions 1:1 supervision

8 sessions peer group supervision

Membership activities with WellSpring community
Location

Intensive held at the beautiful surrounds of the WellSpring Centre in Ashburton, Melbourne.

Weekly group work and supervision online or in person if preferred.
The training is offered through Whitley College, a college of the University of Divinity.
