  • Deposits: Please note that your place in each retreat will only be confirmed with a minimum deposit of $50 ($45 for members/concession). For the Retreat by the Sea, the minimum deposit is $150 ($135 for members/concession).
  • Cancellations: Deposits are refundable for cancellations more than 4 weeks before the starting date of the retreat only.
  • Credit card payments: This form can should only be completed if you are wishing to book and pay by credit crd. If you wish to book for a retreat and make payment by other means, please contact us to do so.
  • Becoming a member: If you are not yet a WellSpring member, you may wish to consider joining. Simply click here to join or renew your membership and then return to this page to complete your booking form to enjoy a substantial discount off the cost of all retreats.
  • Making payment: Upon completion of this form, you will be taken to a secure payment page where you can safely enter your credit card details for processing.
  • NB: This form is for one participant only. If you wish attend with another family member or friend, each person should fill in and submit the form separately.
