We meet weekly and follow the format of the World Community for Christian Meditation (www.wccm.org).
We meet from 10am - 11am in the WellSpring Chapel.
We start with listening to some music, followed by a short recorded talk relating to Christian Life/meditation.
We meditate for 25 minutes (we suggest a mantra-based meditation).
Then we have a little more music, followed by a cuppa together.
We desire to be friendly and inclusive, welcoming all to join us.
