These online workshops, facilitated by Jennifer Guild, offer a chance to immerse ourselves in contemplative practice deeply grounded in the body.
 
They include the practice of awareness through movement based on the Feldenkrais Method, gesture work, embodied meditation/contemplation and listening to our bodily felt sense and the work of Grace in, through and around us.
 
The workshops will build on each other but can also stand alone, so people can do some or all.
 
Please wear comfortable clothing to allow easy movement and have a space for sitting, standing and lying. A thick towel will be useful for support if needed.
If possible please adjust your computer camera to accommodate different positions.
 
Jennifer is a spiritual director/companion, Feldenkrais practitioner and graduate of the ”The Embodied Life mentorship training with Russell and Linda Delman in USA.
She is also part of the formation team for the WellSpring courses in Art of Contemplative Practice and Art of Spiritual Companioning.
