Joint Spirituality Centre Day : Spirituality & Conflict with Pádraig O Tuama

Heart of Life Centre for Spiritual & Pastoral Formation, Kardia Formation, Living Well Centre and Wellspring Centre are delighted to bring those with an interest in spiritual accompaniment, a joint development day with Irish poet and theologian, Pádraig  O Tuama.

Topics may include:

** modes of understanding conflict from contemporary conflict resolution theories

** acknowledging conflict in prayer

** looking at narratives of conflict in sacred text; what insight do the Judaeo-Christian scriptures offer?

** love your enemies but resent your neighbour: high-scale conflict

** spirituality and power: tools on exploring the landscape of power in spiritual communities.

This is a face to face event and the cost for this day is $150 (incl lunch and morning tea). We invite you to pay what you can. We hope that those who can pay the full amount will pay a little extra to help cover the cost for those who can't.
