Grief and Loss in Spiritual Companioning with Mandy Cox
It is a great joy to welcome Mandy Cox back to WellSpring to offer a Hybrid workshop, focussing on grief and loss in the context of Spiritual Companioning.
There are two parts:
Part 1: 14 September @ 10am - 11::30am - zoom
An online presentation of some contemporary models and theories of grief, allowing for discussion and exploration of these in a broad context.
Part 2: 21 September @ 2pm - 5 pm - Ashburton
A face to face workshop that provides space for deeper reflection and exploration of these theories in relation Spiritual Companioning. We will explore grief and loss that Companions may face themselves, that pilgrims may face and that arise within Spiritual Companion sessions. These may include grief in relation to Covid, ageing, faith and death, as well as the many other presentations that Companions are met with in their sessions with Pilgrims.
