Creative Modes in Group Supervision PD

Come witness and experience some creative ways of doing supervision in groups. Refresh what happens in group supervision with process that invites the presenter to find a key question in their issue and then choose from many styles of exploration.

This workshop will include a live demonstration of group supervision with members of the WellSpring formation team (Joan Wright Howie, Jennifer Guild and Leslie Hanger) and an opportunity to try some new ways of working yourself in a small group with an experienced facilitator / supervisor.

The creative styles that could be used include:

- Sounding board

- Brain storming

- Contemplative listening

- Act Storming

- Role Play

We encourage you to come in person and catch up with other members of the WellSpring spiritual companion community. BYO lunch at 12:30pm. If this is not feasible, please join by zoom.
