A morning of reflection, creativity and conversation with the opportunity to consider landscapes. With inspiration from art and poetry, you will have time to explore and give creative expression to your thoughts and experiences.
- Please bring a notebook and a sense of curiosity and adventure.

More about Liz
Liz is a visual artist who lives and works on Wurundjeri country and draws inspiration from the natural world and poetry. She is enrolled in the Spiritual Companioning program at WellSpring and is developing a contemplative approach to her artmaking. For over two decades she has been making and exhibiting her artwork in solo and group shows, and her work is held in private collections. She loves working with others in creative settings.

Janine lives, works and enjoys poetry in the WellSpring neighbourhood. She has been a tutor and volunteer with a life writing program for many years. Encouraging people to share their stories is something that is close to her heart. Her poetry has appeared in anthologies published by Poetica Christi Press and Hawthorn Community House.

Unfortunately, the November Contemplative Circle does not have enough people registered to go ahead. We are invited to slow down, listen and reflect in a quiet and focused space. At the same time, we engage in dialogue with others in the circle - dialogue about things that matter. As this “sorting and sifting” goes on, and we are able to clarify and affirm our truth in the presence of others, that truth is more likely to overflow into our work and lives. ...
