What's On

WellSpring understands the formation of a spiritual companion (directors) to be ongoing and works to provide a contemplative learning environment for competent and committed individuals who continue to be formed in listening with a contemplative heart.

Professional Development sessions are offered throughout the year with the aim of fostering the call that first drew you to become a spiritual companion (director), to develop your skills as a spiritual companion (director), and build a supportive community of spiritual companions (directors).

Prayer at Noon

Prayer Requests

As part of our care for each other, we include prayer requests for friends, family and communities. You are welcome to send a request to prayeratnoonrequest@wellspringcentre.org.au, using the first name and a simple description of their need  e.g. ‘please pray for John who is unwell this week.’

WellSpring Dream Reflections brings together a group of people who are interested in deepening their own personal experience of dreams.

  • The group follows a structured format where the respect for the dreamer is paramount.
  • It affirms the belief that all dreams lead to health and wholeness and with this principle the group explores dreams using a projective method.
  • All are welcome.

This group offers a safe, inclusive, nonjudgemental place to discuss issues from a male perspective, and to support each other. We meet regularly to share thoughts about our life journeys.

If this is your first visit or you haven’t been for a while, please let  Peter Leaver know if you would like to attend this group.

Both in-person and  Zoom discussion session.

Soul Nurture Days are monthly quiet days to rest, reflect and pray silently in the company of others. Soul Nurture Days are mostly in silence and may include reading the bible, meditation and prayer.

Soul Nurture days are held on differing weekdays at WellSpring Centre, and run from 10 am to 3 pm. Bring your own lunch, a journal and pen, and anything else you might need to make yourself comfortable.

  • Prayer/Reflection: Together each morning and evening.
  • Spiritual Direction: Available daily for each person.
