WellSpring understands the formation of a spiritual companion (directors) to be ongoing and works to provide a contemplative learning environment for competent and committed individuals who continue to be formed in listening with a contemplative heart.
Professional Development sessions are offered throughout the year with the aim of fostering the
call that first drew you to become a spiritual companion (director), to develop your skills as a spiritual companion (director), and build a supportive community of spiritual companions (directors).

WellSpring Dream Reflections brings together a group of people who are interested in deepening their own personal experience of dreams.
- The group follows a structured format where the respect for the dreamer is paramount.
- It affirms the belief that all dreams lead to health and wholeness and with this principle the group explores dreams using a projective method.
- All are welcome.

These workshops are facilitated by Leslie Hanger who is passionate about contemplative practices as a pathway for spiritual transformation and an ever-deepening relationship with the Divine. Leslie is also a spiritual companion.

Soul Nurture Days are monthly quiet days to rest, reflect and pray silently in the company of others. Soul Nurture Days are mostly in silence and may include reading the bible, meditation and prayer.
Soul Nurture days are held on differing weekdays at WellSpring Centre, and run from 10 am to 3 pm. Bring your own lunch, a journal and pen, and anything else you might need to make yourself comfortable.
Retreats provide a variety of ways of making space to reflect on our life and spiritual journey.
What to expect on a silent retreat:

- Prayer/Reflection: Together each morning and evening.
- Spiritual Direction: Available daily for each person.
- Space: To rest, read, walk, journal, enjoy artwork, etc.
When booking for the retreat, you have the option of specifying any dietary requirements or other special needs.
Retreatants are invited to arrive in the late afternoon before the evening meal on the first day of the retreat, and leave after lunch on the final day.
